Landscape Supervisor.

Can you briefly describe what you do?

I manage a Grounds crew that takes care of Landscaping needs for O’Hill zone.

How long have you worked at Facilities Management?

12 years.

What do you feel was your greatest accomplishment at work this past year?

Becoming a Landscape Supervisor.

Where did you grow up?

Weyers Cave, Virginia.

Did you have a dream job as a child?

To be an NBA player.

What do you like to do in your time outside of work?

Spending time with my wife and two kids, playing with my two dogs and fishing.

Who or what inspires you and why?

Seeing the big difference that our work makes here on Grounds.

Can you share a great piece of advice you’ve been given?

“Treat others the way you wanted to be treated” was instilled into me by my parents.

What is the best part of your day?

The end of my day so I can spend time with my family.

What’s one place in the world that you would like to visit that you haven’t before?

I would like to go to France to sightsee, specifically Normandy and other WW2 battlefields across Europe. That part of history interests me very much.
